These terms set out the basis on which Vape Superstore UK sells to you through vapesuperstoreuk.co.uk. Please read them before ordering. By placing an order you accept them.

Who we are

Vape Superstore UK operates the website vapesuperstoreuk.co.uk and trades from Unit 19 Lockwood Industrial Estate, London N17 9QP. You can reach us at Info@vapesuperstoreuk.co.uk or on WhatsApp at +44 121 409 1680.

In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Vape Superstore UK. “You” and “your” mean the person placing the order.

Age restriction

You must be 18 or over to buy from us. We sell age restricted products and it is a criminal offence in the UK to buy or attempt to buy nicotine containing products on behalf of someone under 18.

We operate age verification at checkout and our couriers may request identification on delivery. If we cannot verify your age we will cancel the order and refund you. Providing false information about your age is a breach of these terms and we may refuse future orders.

How a contract is formed

Placing an order is an offer to buy. It does not create a contract on its own.

After you order we send an acknowledgement email confirming we have received it. That email is not acceptance. A contract is formed only when we send you a dispatch confirmation.

If we cannot fulfil an order we will tell you and refund any payment in full. This can happen where an item is out of stock, where we cannot verify your age, where the price or description was wrong, or where we suspect fraudulent use of a payment method.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT at the prevailing rate where applicable. Delivery charges are shown separately at checkout before you commit.

We take reasonable care to price correctly, but errors occur. If we find a pricing error before dispatch we will contact you to ask whether you want to proceed at the correct price or cancel. We will not dispatch at an incorrect price without asking you first.

Payment is taken at the point of order through our payment providers. We do not see or store your full card details. Ownership of the goods passes to you on delivery; risk passes to you when the goods are delivered to the address you gave us.

Delivery

We deliver within the United Kingdom on a tracked service. Estimated delivery times are given at checkout and in your dispatch email, and they are estimates rather than guarantees.

You are responsible for giving us a correct and complete delivery address. We cannot be held responsible for a parcel delivered to an incorrect address you supplied. If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable we will contact you to arrange redelivery, which may carry a further charge.

Your right to cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you may cancel most online orders within 14 days of receiving them without giving a reason, and you then have a further 14 days to return the goods.

There is an important exception. Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons cannot be returned once the seal is broken. For us that covers e liquids, nicotine salts, disposable and prefilled pods, used coils and tanks, mouthpieces and nicotine pouches. Sealed, unopened items can still be returned.

We go beyond the statutory minimum and accept unopened items in original sealed packaging within 30 days. Full detail, including who pays return postage, is on our returns and refunds policy.

Faulty goods and your legal rights

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 goods must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality.

If an item is faulty, damaged or not as described, contact us within 30 days and we will replace or refund it in full including your postage costs. After 30 days we will repair or replace within a reasonable period. Please send a photograph of the fault with your order number so we can resolve it quickly.

Battery and device faults should be reported immediately and the item should not continue to be used.

Using this website

You may use this site for lawful purposes only. You must not misuse it by knowingly introducing malicious code, attempting to gain unauthorised access, or using automated systems to scrape content or place orders.

All content on this site, including text, product descriptions, guides, images and the Vape Superstore UK name and logo, belongs to us or our licensors. You may not reproduce it commercially without written permission.

We may suspend or withdraw the site temporarily for maintenance or for reasons outside our control, and we will give notice where reasonably possible.

Product information and compliance

All nicotine containing products we sell are intended to comply with the Tobacco and Related Products Regulations, which cap e liquid at 20mg per ml nicotine, bottles at 10ml and tanks and pods at 2ml, and require notification to the MHRA before sale. The MHRA guidance sets out the requirements.

Product images are illustrative. Manufacturers change packaging and revise devices without notice, so the item you receive may differ slightly in appearance from the photograph. Where a manufacturer materially changes a product we will update the listing.

Nothing on this site is medical advice. Nicotine is addictive. These products are intended for adult smokers and existing nicotine users and are not suitable for non smokers, anyone under 18, or people who are pregnant or breastfeeding. If you want to stop using nicotine altogether, NHS Better Health runs free local stop smoking services.

Our liability

We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so. That includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, and for any breach of your statutory rights as a consumer.

Subject to that, we are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable at the time the contract was made, or for business losses, since we supply to consumers for private use.

You are responsible for using devices and batteries safely and in line with the manufacturer’s instructions. We are not liable for damage caused by misuse, by using incompatible chargers or batteries, or by modifying a device.

Events outside our control

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including courier disruption, extreme weather, supplier failure, regulatory change or industrial action. If such an event occurs we will contact you and either extend the delivery timeframe or cancel and refund the order.

Your data

We handle personal data in line with UK data protection law. What we collect, why, how long we keep it and your rights are set out in full in our privacy policy and our cookie policy.

Complaints and disputes

If something has gone wrong, contact us first at Info@vapesuperstoreuk.co.uk with your order number. We aim to acknowledge complaints within two working days and resolve them within fourteen.

If we cannot resolve it between us you may be able to use an alternative dispute resolution scheme, and you retain the right to bring court proceedings. Nothing here prevents you contacting Citizens Advice or your local Trading Standards service.

Changes to these terms

We may amend these terms from time to time, for example to reflect changes in law or in how we operate. The version in force is the one published on this page when you place your order, so please review it each time you buy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes fall to the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in your own jurisdiction.
